We have been enjoying our summer so far.
The girls manage to get wet a few times each week.
Our latest adventure was thwarted by a
huge rainstorm that rolled through Denver,
but we waited it out and then enjoyed the afternoon playing.
We've also been enjoying having Eric home for a few weeks
after he endured some outpatient surgery.
The girls have been taking good care of him --Savannah especially--
who likes to hold her daddy's hand to help him down the hallway
even though he's perfectly capable of walking all by himself.
We are going to miss him when he has to go back to work.
