I picked up Vanessa to cuddle with her
this afternoon while Savvy was at school.
She happened to fall asleep while we were rocking.
I thought of all of the things that
I could get done while she rested,
but then thought of the sweet time with my little girl
that could be mine...
so we rocked
for a few hours.
And then the only thing I could think of
was how much I love my little girl.

So sweet, those moments make it all worth it.
I often forget how much I LOVE those moments til I am in them. It is just as wonderful to cuddle the big ones as it is the babies :-)
I have gone through that same thought cycle several times myself. Snuggling is the best.
