Denver was the lucky recipient of a
ridiculous amount of snow this week.
So much snow that church was canceled on Sunday.

We made up for it by spending the day as a family
as well as visiting with some of our new friends.
It honestly felt like time had stopped.
We could really enjoy each other without the responsibilities of
church, work, housework, school, etc.
It was wonderful.
I thought we had received a lot of snow
until Tuesday came.
It just kept snowing and snowing and snowing.
Savannah still went to school,
although I wasn't sure my car would be able to take her there.
Thankfully, it finally stopped and now we are
enjoying sunshine and muddy slush.

Wow I really could not image that. It actually looks fun, all that sledding. Completely different then our days in Arizona, huh?
