This morning Savannah stood in front of our congregation
and shared her sweet little testimony.
She actually spoke into the microphone
and the shy giggling was minimal.
To top it off, as soon as she was finished,
Vanessa yelled out, "Sister!"
Vanessa yelled out, "Sister!"
and cheered for her as she came back to sit with us.
And then, we were very surprised to see
Vanessa walk into the nursery
under her own volition--
without any tears.
You see, she usually starts sobbing
as soon as Sacrament meeting ends
because she knows that she will soon
be dropped off at her class.
By the time we get to the classroom,
she's in hysterics
so the fact that she wasn't crying
and was even willing to go on her own was a
big deal.
Eric and I were so surprised that we just stood there,
until we realized that we could just walk off to our own classes.
Our girls are growing up way too fast.

yea for those milestones, especially the no crying.
Way to go Savvy and Vanessa! Those are big deals!
I love that she bore her testimony. That is awesome. I can't picture Dutch ever being willingly to do that, he is as shy in front of people as I am. Although Maylee on the other hand...
Way to go Savvy! And I feel your pain with Nursery. I'm glad Vanessa has turned the corner.
Yea for Savannah and Vanessa!
Guess you'll have to have another one... Do it!
