Anyone who knows Savannah knows that
she hates having her hair done.
She cries and fights with me over
drying, curling and brushing her hair--
and especially hates ponytails.
She's become a little more tolerant over time,
but every day is a little battle.
Yesterday while I was doing her hair
I mentioned that I was going to put her hair
in a little ponytail in the front
just to keep her hair out of her eyes.
She turned to me and said,
"I don't want one ponytail.
I want 4 ponytails."
What?!
I made sure that's what she wanted
and then went to town.
The best part?
When I was finished styling her hair
(which took quite a while as I am not the best hairstylist),
she said to me,
"I don't want 4 ponytails anymore,
I just want a flower."
Too bad. Deal with it.

Her hair looks super cute. That is pretty much how I do Maylee's hair every single day. She always has three pony tails in. One to keep the bangs back and two for the pigtails. I started doing it when her nose got super snotty, it was the only way to keep her hair out of it. And now it's just habit. And we dress it up with two flowers. Talk about overboard, I know.
