I am so very lucky to have a wonderful father, father-in-law and husband who are great examples and supports for me. I think Eric enjoyed his holiday, complete with a big breakfast before church, a big dinner after, and then this for dessert:
It's a good thing Chad came to play for the weekend. We each ate one piece and then I sent the rest home with him! I am very thankful that my girls have such an awesome dad!
Of course I have more pictures of the girls, so...
Vanessa has got to be the happiest baby alive. She is so sweet and gives you a big smile anytime you look at her. She smiles so big that her little body can't handle it and her arms flail all over the place. I can't believe that she is already 2 months old. We just love having her in our family.

Vanessa looks so sweet, and I'm glad she is such a happy baby. Savvy is such a hoot, don't you just laugh watching the things she does all day. And can I have the recipe for that cake? It looks wickedly good.
I got the recipe from Bakerella... it's linked on the side of my blog. It tastes as good as it looks, especially with some ice cream on the side. You'll have to work out twice as hard after, though...
Too bad I don't work out at all, but maybe I'll start just so I can eat that cake, it looks AMAZING!

Curtis would have loved that cake, who am I kidding I would have loved that cake. I am so sorry we couldn't make it to the reception. I really wanted so see you guys, but Curtis was working and me and four children alone at any gathering is just a recipe for disaster. How was everything, tell Melissa she looked beautiful for me! Love you honey and hope you are doing well.
