Christmas Vacation

We now can definitely confirm that Savannah inherited one thing from her mother: dislike for the cold and snow. Despite that, we had a wonderful time in Utah for Christmas. Savvy was lucky enough to get all of the attention from mom, dad, grandma, grandpa and Uncle Chad on Christmas morning. Then we spent the rest of the day playing with cousins, more aunts and uncles and, of course, lots of toys.
Hugging her new cabbage patch doll. This is mom's secret attempt to get Savvy used to having a baby around. Checking out her new play kitchen. She was so excited when she saw it that she tried to pick it up and walk around with it.

The day after Christmas, we headed to Bear Lake to stay in a cabin with all of Eric's family. Eric enjoyed snowmobiling, I enjoyed relaxing and Savvy loved dancing to the player piano music and playing with cousins. We decided to take her out in the snow, but she was screaming before we even had her completely bundled up. She took a short ride on the snowmobile with mom and dad and then refused to even walk around in the snow.
Finally, Savvy stopped crying, but only to lay in the sled... no sitting... just laying . She wouldn't move a muscle. So dad just dragged her back to the car. Here's our frozen Savannah... at least she's not crying anymore.
Our last attempt to have Savvy play in the snow worked for about 10 minutes. We didn't bundle her up as much so that she would walk and we sauntered over to the shore of the lake. She screamed so bad on the walk back, though, that her tears chapped her cheeks.

All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and wish that we could have spent even more time with family! Thanks for all the fun!

I hope that both of your 'dislikes' for the snow equals Ariaona forever? But isn't it so fun to visit the snow? Cute fam, as always.
