We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year. After Eric finished working on Wednesday, we hopped in the car and made our way to CA to see grandma and grandpa Peterson (and Uncle Dan of course). We were lucky to see Aunt Melissa, Uncle Matt and Aunt Amanda and cousin Kate too!! Eric had a great time playing video games, watching football and eating. Savvy enjoyed poking Kate, chasing the dog, and wandering around the backyard. I enjoyed relaxing, making nativities with my mom and hanging out with all of the family. I even got some new clothes for Savvy (for Christmas) at Kohl's on sale on Friday. We sure are thankful for our family and many blessings.
Swimming on November 24th. How cool is that?!
Eric headed home alone on Sunday to go back to school and work. Savvy and I stayed behind for the week to help my mom with a few projects. We miss Eric a lot, but we have been working hard (or I've been working hard... Savvy has been having a great time) and making great progress. Savvy has become addicted to Pepsi without ever tasting it. Today, she threw a few fits because she wanted my mom's Pepsi mug-- I guess she has seen it being used a lot in the last week and figured it was something good.

When your mom dies Jenny, I think there is going to be a fight over her Pepsi mug. Above anything else, that is your mom's signature.
Can't wait to see the pictures of your great projects. I bet your mom is sure glad to have you there to help her.
We had a great time with you, we miss Savvy! How are the nativities coming? I wish I could have helped more.
The nativities are actually all finished. We finished sanding then Sunday, stained and boxed them Monday, watched Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday, and wrapped them on Wednesday. Now they're just waiting to be given out on Saturday.
